I agree with other replies… $12k was far too cheap. I believe many are neglecting to see the value of a domain name via its certain worth as a complete business. Even if FLEET_com_au was branded and viewed as a business with or without an income figure, its potential should have valued it far higher. When FLEET is earning a six figure income or more per annum, the seller will then understand the value of foresight. Cheers!
