auda policy review panel prp broken

The PRP is still Broken

It remains crystal clear that auDA’s Policy Review Panel (PRP) is still broken.

It’s chair, John Swinson, seems to be continuing down the same broken path, allowing certain people on the panel (who seem to have a large influence over other policy members) to drive recommendations on policy reform and Direct .AU implementation to the auDA Board.

Mr Swinson was appointed by the auDA Board to chair the PRP on July 27, 2017. That’s eleven months ago.

From my understanding, it’s at that point that auDA and Mr Swinson chose particular panel members to be a part of the panel. One person chosen at that time was Brett Fenton.

It is my view, and a view many others have expressed to me, that Brett Fenton should either resign, or be relieved of his duties at auDA’s Policy Review Panel.
