Crazy Domains is selling to Web.com for $105 million.

According to Investing.com(,) Crazy Domains (Dreamscape Networks) is about to sell to Web.com for $105 million.

Crazy Domains is currently one of Australia’s leading domain name and hosting providers.

Web.com’s annual revenue is over $1 Billion US and they employ more than 3500 people.

If one were to look at the timing of this purchase, one might consider that the world’s biggest billion-dollar domain name and hosting provider is entering the Australian market a few months before the outdated Australian domain name rules are dramatically changed, and about ten months before the Direct .AU Registration implementation is to begin…

It’s clear that Web.com see a very bright future for Australian domain names and online services.
