In this week’s episode of the Domainer Show we discuss domain name trademark issues and reverse domain name hijacking problems in our own backyard.
It appears many Australian business owners require further education that Australian domain names are valuable digital assets and managers and directors shouldn’t attempt to steal them with vexatious complaints.
Due to this show consisting of some important legal topics, we decided to ask Erhan Karabardak to help us get to the crux of these problems.
Erhan Karabardak is a technology lawyer and Trade Marks Attorney. He is a Director of
Cooper Mills Lawyers and has been practising law for more than 20 years.
Erhan is also active in the domain name industry and represents domain name registrars and resellers, and has advised some of the world’s largest domain name registrars. Erhan is recognised as an expert in domain name law and has run some of the leading cases in the area.
