The
Grumpier.com.au campaign has been created for auDA Members to legally express their dissatisfaction with the current auDA Board and Management by using the Corporations Act 2001 to call for a General Meeting under
S249D.
This Special General Meeting is due to take place next Friday 27th July in Melbourne.
The Grumpier Campaign is now looking for help with legal costs and has released the following statement:
In a David vs Goliath battle, auDA has thrown their high priced lawyers against the many auDA members who have called the Special General Meeting (SGM).
We have engaged the services of a moderately priced law firm for professional advice for the SGM.
The funds will be used to pay for costs already incurred on legal advice ($4400) relating to the SGM resolutions and voting calculation method.
Also a copy of the latest auDA member list will also be obtained ($250) to understand the make up of the dramatic and HUGE influx of NON-AUSTRALIAN OVERSEAS FOREIGN auDA members.
Your support for this campaign will keep the auDA administration in check with their high priced consultants and advisors spending your member money.
